The report contains a synthesis of medical evidence, guideline recommendations, clinical trials, and questions to discuss with your healthcare team. It includes up to three video conferencing calls to discuss progress, add any additional concerns or updates, and create a strategy to navigate your unique healthcare journey.

I offer literature updates, appointment preparation, coaching, and logistics. This includes two video conferencing calls per month.

The Condition Dossier
