Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Osér Clair collects, uses, discloses, and protects “consumer health data” under US state consumer health privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law, and other similar state laws. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
1. Who this notice applies to
This notice applies to consumers in the United States who share health-related information with Osér Clair through our website, intake forms, sessions, or other communications. Osér Clair is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, but we still treat your health information with care and respect.
2. Categories of consumer health data we collect
We may collect consumer health data that you provide directly, such as:
- Physical or mental health conditions, symptoms, or concerns.
- Health goals, treatment history, medications, and supplements.
- Lifestyle information relevant to coaching (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress).
- Device or wellness-app data you choose to share with us.

We collect consumer health data directly from you, with your consent, including through:

- Email, messaging, or video sessions.
- Health trackers or records you voluntarily provide.

We keep consumer health data for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or professional obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify the data.

We may update this notice as laws or our practices change. The effective date will be revised and posted at the top of this page.
